Family Yoga

August 10 & 12

Family Yoga

Join us for a special Family Yoga adventure inspired by the classic tales and nursery rhymes! Designed for parents or caregivers and children (recommended for PreK–2, though all ages are welcome), this playful class begins with a read-aloud of a story before bringing it to life through themed yoga poses, mindful breathing, and imaginative movement. Families will also enjoy free play and create a take-home craft inspired by the book, helping children build early literacy skills while making meaningful connections between stories, movement, and creativity. The cost is $25 per pair (one adult and one child), making it a fun and memorable way to encourage a love of reading while spending quality time together.  $8 for our Additional Child Pass– no more than 3 children per adult.

Aug. 12: Dinosaur Yoga with a read aloud of We Don’t Eat Our Classmates  by Ryan T. Higgins Register Here

Additional Child Pass is Available here.
